List of necessary documents

Provided by the borrower (co-borrower, mortgagor) for contacting the banking Ombudsman:

  1. A written request addressed to the Banking Ombudsman, indicating all the circumstances and reasons for the disagreement;
  2. A bank loan agreement is the main document on the basis of which the obligations of the parties arose.;
  3. A debt repayment schedule reflecting the terms and amounts of payments stipulated in the terms of the agreement;
  4. Additional agreements to the bank loan agreement (if any) if the terms of the agreement have been changed, supplemented or extended;
  5. A pledge agreement (if any) and additional agreements to it in case of securing a loan with a pledge of property;
  6. Written proof of contacting the bank/collection agency to confirm the attempts made to resolve disputes.;
  7. The official responses to requests are a copy of the response from the bank/collection agency under the bank loan agreement, containing a refusal or a counterproposal that is not supported by the borrower.

Recommendations for providing additional documents:

  • In case of a decrease in income and/or loss of work: an extract from the UAPF for the period of 6-12 months, a certificate of salary, a dismissal order, a certificate of registration as unemployed and other supporting documents;
  • If you have the status of a person belonging to socially vulnerable segments of the population (SSN): the status of the SSN is determined by Article 68 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan On Housing Relations;
  • If there are dependents in the family: children, persons with disabilities, pensioners;
  • If there are documents related to health: medical reports, certificates, extracts, documents on the expenses incurred for treatment.;
  • In other circumstances that deserve attention: certificate of availability/absence of real estate, lease agreements, PKB/GKB credit report and other documents.
