As the Banking Ombudsman, I am authorized to consider such situations and help in their legal settlement.

My main task is to resolve disagreements arising from a bank loan agreement concluded by an individual with a bank based on the borrower’s request. I also settle disputes that arise between an individual borrower and a collection agency under a bank loan agreement concluded with such a borrower. The purpose of this task is to reach a possible agreement on the satisfaction of the rights and legally protected interests of the borrower and the bank, collection agency.

Thus, if you have any disagreements with a bank or collection agency arising from a bank loan agreement that could not be resolved directly with them, you have the right to contact me. As the Banking Ombudsman, I will do my best to find a mutually acceptable solution and protect your legitimate interests.
