Today the office of Banking ombudsman was visited by Kazybek Maldybaev, a representative of the Commissioner for Human Rights in Almaty city, Kazakhstan.    

The representative of the State ombudsman got acquainted with the pre-trial procedure for considering citizens’ appeals and disagreements on bank loan agreements.   

During his meeting with the banking ombudsman Yerserik Siyrbaev, an interested conversation took place on improving the protection of the rights of consumers of financial services and mutual cooperation in the field of human rights protection.
