On 13th December 2023 year, a meeting was held at the Department of the Agency for Civil Service Affairs, aimed at discussing issues of protecting the rights of citizens, interaction between government bodies and citizens, as well as the exchange of experience.

The meeting was attended by Maldybayev Kazybek Maldybaevich - the Human Rights Commissioner of Almaty city, Yakovenko Igor Aleksandrovich - the Insurance ombudsman of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Nurpeissov Darkhan Kadyrbaevich - the Banking ombudsman, as well as representatives on ethics of government bodies.

During the meeting, issues of interaction between government bodies, authorized persons and citizens aimed at protecting their rights were discussed. Each speaker spoke about their work, opportunities and competencies. Agreements were reached to continue work to protect the rights of citizens, strengthen interaction and conduct on-site seminars for government officials.
