The International conference on exchange and identification of the best the practice of state regulation of consumer protection of financial services “Consumer protection in the financial sphere: challenges and prospects in global space” has taken place on October 19-20, 2017 in Moscow.

The conference was opened an opening speech by Aksakov Anatoly Gennadyevich – the Chairman of the State Duma Committee of the Russian Federation on the financial market.

The unique review of the international principles of consumer protection of financial services has been submitted to conferees.

At a conference on the invitation of organizers have taken part and have made reports Banking ombudsman Yerserik Siyrbayev and insurance ombudsman Andrey Kopov and also the financial conciliator of Armenia Piruz Sargsyan and Simpson Robin who represented the world organization of consumers.
