Banking ombudsman of the Republic of Kazakhstan Darkhan Nurpeissov took part in the 2nd Central Asian International Legal Forum. The topic of Forum is ‘Law as the basis of regional economic integration’ organized by Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, Moscow State Law University named by O.E.Kutafin (MSAL), and the Moscow State Institute of International Relations (University) of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation (MSIIR MFA of Russia).   

The event was carried out within the framework of the state assignment of scientific, methodological and resource support for the education system.

The Forum brought together leading experts and academicians, representatives of the legal community and educational institutions, as well as the government agencies interested in deepening cooperation in the field of law and economics.

During the Forum, participants discussed the legal basis for the formation of a single Eurasian space, legal problems of migration in the countries of Central Asia, current issues of the international legal regime of the Caspian Sea and transboundary water resources, as well as the training of lawyers of the future within the framework of the strategic project ‘Innovative Jurisprudence’.

The Forum became an important stage in the discussion of strategies for deepening legal relations and economic integration in the Central Asian region, emphasizing the need for joint efforts to achieve sustainable development and prosperity in the region.
